What is a punch list?
A punch list (or punch-out list) is the record of work that does not conform to contract specifications, compiled near project completion — typically during the walkthrough before substantial completion. The contractor works through each punch item until the architect or owner signs off.
Can I pin punch items to a floorplan?
Yes. Import a floorplan image or PDF page per floor, then drop a pin for each punch item at its exact location. The pinned plan is included in the PDF report, so subs know exactly where each item is.
Does the report work for the final walkthrough?
Yes. Reports group items by severity and status, include annotated photos, and end with a digital sign-off block — run the walkthrough from the open-items list, mark items complete, and export the closeout record on the spot.
