How do I start a new project?
On the main dashboard, tap the '+ New' button in the Projects section. Enter the project name, select an inspection template, and you're ready to go.
Do I need an internet connection to use AuditPro?
No. AuditPro is 100% offline-capable. You can capture photos, log issues, and generate PDF reports without any internet or Wi-Fi. You only need the internet when you're ready to email or share the generated PDF.
How does the pricing work?
AuditPro is a one-time purchase. There are no subscription fees, recurring costs, or hidden charges. We offer a Free version with basic features (1 active project and 3 PDF exports per month) so you can try the app before purchasing. To unlock all features permanently, you can upgrade to the Pro version for a one-time fee of $39.99.
How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Go to the Settings tab inside the app and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you are logged into the same Apple ID or Google account that you used to make the original purchase.
Where are my photos and data saved?
All data is securely saved in the app's local database on your device. We do not sync your data to the cloud. Please ensure you export your PDF reports regularly if you need to back them up.
