1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the AuditPro mobile application ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
2. License and Usage
AuditPro grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by AuditPro, in the manner permitted by these terms.
3. In-App Purchases (Pro Unlock)
AuditPro offers a one-time In-App Purchase to unlock the "Pro" feature set permanently. Prices are subject to change. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. Since this is a non-consumable purchase, it does not auto-renew and does not require cancellation.
4. Liability and Data Loss
Because AuditPro is an offline-first application, all data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or app uninstallation. We strongly recommend regularly exporting your reports as PDFs for safekeeping.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
